Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Attractions Attendant to ensure safe operation of attractions while delivering an excellent guest experience. The role requires adherence to policies and safety regulations, and the successful candidate will be 18 years or older and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include operating attractions after being certified, explaining rules to guests, maintaining equipment, monitoring safety, and assisting guests in boarding

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in operating attractions and ensuring guest safety.
• Clear communication with guests and team members to enforce rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate attractions only when certified through on-the-job training.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Explain and enforce attraction rules, including age/height restrictions.
• Maintain and issue equipment for each attraction.
• Monitor attractions during operation to ensure guest safety.
• Assist guests in entering and exiting attractions safely.
• Prevent unauthorized access and report issues promptly.
• Inspect attractions and report mechanical or electronic issues to management.
