Job summary

Wild Adventures Theme Park in Valdosta, GA is seeking a ride attendant to operate attractions safely and greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, completing paperwork, and assisting guests with questions and directions. Must be at least 16 and able to read, write, and speak English. Ride certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Position requires Team Member to be at least 16 years of age.
• Position requires team member to read, write, and speak English.
• Position requires completion of ride certification.

• Knows, follows, and enforces all check 5 standards.
• Enforces and adheres to all park, ride, and safety policies and procedures.
• Completes all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintains excellent Guest Service and ensures guest relation problems are handled appropriately including directing, answering questions and interacting positively.
• Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily.
• Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner.
• Satisfies Wild Adventures' standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time.
• "Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our Guests by exceeding guest expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned
