The Integrated Production Unit Leader role in Richmond, VA, drives the setup and execution of a new production line, coordinating between production, process engineering, and procurement to meet demand and quality targets. You will lead supervisors, fulfillment specialists, and quality engineers to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations on site.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in engineering or supply chain, and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or related field, plus minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing and production.
• Demonstrated leadership of production teams and fulfillment teams.
• SAP experience required.
• Manufacturing experience localizing new products.

Responsabilités

• Hire a great team of production supervisors, fulfillment specialists, quality engineers, and assemblers to launch a new production line.
• Coordinate with process engineers and procurement on setting up the new line.
• Ensure production scheduling and plan meet volume requirements and safety standards; drive Health and Safety culture.
• Own material fulfillment activities and resolve critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
