• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction and production building.
• Servant-leader management style and proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with Sales Team.
• Review advertising and approve budget.
• Weekly updates with Division President.
• Review sales pipeline, contracts, starts, warranty, settlements.
• Plan reviews and final reviews; job inspections when necessary.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor and supervise employees, subs and vendors.
• Develop networking opportunities and negotiate contracts with subs and suppliers.
• Monitor overhead costs and general P&L and address customer concerns.
