Job summary

The Jackson National Life Insurance Company is seeking an RIA External Consultant to grow and manage adviser relationships in the Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi territory. The role blends field and virtual engagements, with up to 25% travel, and focuses on expanding Jackson’s presence through seminars, campaigns, and tailored client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance, or annuities.
• Active FINRA licenses or willingness to obtain required by regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan with the VP, RIA Sales to maximize territorial sales.
• Conducts product and sales training through sessions, seminars, and branch meetings.
• Plans and manages resource deployment, budget and expenses to maximize sales in the territory.
• Identifies and fosters leads from referrals, campaigns, and territory canvassing; follows up on meetings.
• Maintains adviser profiles and sales activity in Jackson databases; communicates with internal partners.
