Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with varied office hours and some travel to other locations. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling tests and appointments, greeting patients, verifying insurance, and processing charges in the EPIC system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Keyboard and computer skills are required.
• A valid driver's license is required if off-site work is involved; if using personal vehicle, insurance must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provides front desk coverage under supervision.
• Answers incoming calls and schedules appointments.
• Greets patients and registers new patients in EPIC.
• Schedules laboratory and off-site diagnostic tests as requested by physicians.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and interprets benefits.
• Processes patient charges, applies insurance, and records payments.
• Performs clinic setup and other office support tasks.
