Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) - Rheumatology to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, register new patients in EPIC, coordinate tests, verify insurance, and process charges and payments.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with office hours Monday–Friday, and some travel to other locations. Compensation includes an hourly pay range of $18.38–$26.65 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Keyboard and computer skills.
• A valid driver's license is required if off-site location and may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage, answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients, register new patients in EPIC, schedule laboratory and off-site diagnostic tests, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, process charges and payments, and support clinic operations.
