UW Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient rheumatology teams in Madison, with 100% day shift, Monday–Friday (8a–5p) at Junction Road and Eastpark Medical Centers.

The role includes new patient and follow-up visits for adults, coordination of care, and procedures such as injections. Requires NP or PA education and Wisconsin licensure, within a supportive, benefit-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Provides new patient visits and follow-ups in outpatient rheumatology.
• Works within a multidisciplinary rheumatology team.
• Performs routine procedures including injections as per scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide new patient and follow-up visits for adult rheumatology patients.
• Coordinate care and manage procedures independently per practice agreements.
• Collaborate with rheumatology physicians and other advanced practice providers.
