UW Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our rheumatology outpatient team. You will provide new patient and follow-up visits for adults, coordinating care and performing injections as appropriate within practice guidelines.

Work requires collaboration with rheumatology physicians and other advanced practice providers in a 100% day shift, Monday through Friday, at Junction Road and Eastpark Medical Centers. UW Health offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Active Wisconsin NP or PA license and prescriptive authority
• Board certification in NP or PA specialty as appropriate
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to hire

Responsabilidades

• Provide new patient and follow-up visits for adult rheumatology in an outpatient setting
• Perform routine procedures independently, including injections as allowed by practice agreements
• Collaborate with rheumatology physicians and other advanced practice providers
