Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited CMA program and current CMA or RMA certification.
• Proficient in EMR and basic MS Office; BLS certification required within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, escort to exam room and collect vital signs.
• Enter and maintain patient history and claims in EMR.
• Sterilize instruments and prepare exam rooms; ensure privacy and safety.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and room readiness.
• Coordinate referrals and insurance authorizations; communicate with pharmacies and labs.
