Job summary

Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to coordinate and implement protocols per FDA CFR, GCP and SOPs. You will recruit, screen, and follow participants, maintain study files, and assist in regulatory filings.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and supports study start-up and ongoing trial activities on-site. Responsibilities include data entry, adverse event management, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience as a clinical research coordinator.
• Deep knowledge of medical procedures and clinical terminology.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with providers and subjects.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP Guidelines and federal regulations.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate observational and clinical research trials assigned.
• Recruit and screen potential participants; chart review and referrals.
• Maintain study files and regulatory documentation; IRB forms.
• Data entry, query resolution, and safe handling of data.
• Ensure adverse events are reported within 24 hours and notify PI.
• Schedule patient visits and document in electronic systems.
• Manage study drug accountability and monitoring visits.
• Provide participant education and assist with assessments.
