Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of medical procedures and clinical terminology.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with providers and subjects.
• Excellent working knowledge of clinical research industry, ICH-GCP guidelines and federal regs.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate observational and clinical research trials assigned.
• Recruit and screen potential participants and track recruitment goals.
• Maintain study files, scheduling, and data entry in the study management system.
• Ensure proper delegation and regulatory compliance, including IRB-related tasks.
• Assist with informed consent, adverse event reporting, and patient education.
• Communicate with investigators and staff to ensure protocol compliance.
