Job summary

You will supervise clinical activities, participate in patient management, and uphold HIPAA and quality guidelines while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification as CNA, CMA, LPN or ROT within 6 months of hire.
• One year experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates day-to-day activities of the clinic team.
• Coordinates with clinic and surgery schedulers to manage physician time.
• Performs clinical duties such as taking vital signs and setting up minor procedures.
• Assists physicians with procedures and medication prep as needed.
• Maintains accurate patient records and ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Ensures high-quality clinical care and smooth patient flow.
