Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or graduate of an accredited medical training program (LPN, CMA).
• 4–5 years healthcare experience.
• 2 years lead/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs department operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Ensures delivery of patient care in collaboration with providers and other health care professionals.
• Develops, implements, and updates policies and procedures related to department operations.
• Maintains safety and compliance with clinic policies.
• Manages staffing levels and cross-training to optimize workflow.
• Conducts staff meetings and communicates initiatives and performance data.
• Performs hiring, interviewing, and disciplinary actions with HR.
