Job summary

Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians is recruiting a Clinic Team Lead to manage daily clinical operations while providing hands-on patient care. The role includes mentoring staff, improving workflows, and ensuring treatment plans are implemented efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant program, CMA/RMA preferred, and at least 2 years of leadership in a clinic, plus strong EMR skills and bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• CMA/RMA certification strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a clinic setting.
• Minimum 5 years total medical assistant experience.
• Proficient in EMR and clinical documentation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow.
• Provide hands-on patient care and room patients.
• Mentor and supervise clinic staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct quality improvement audits.
