Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with specialty training beyond high school
• Associate’s degree preferred for advancement
• 2-4 years of clinic or medical office experience required
• 1 year of OrthoIndy Clinic experience preferred; CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities of the Clinic and providers; manages schedules and staffing changes
• Trains new employees and coordinates training for Senior Medical Assistants
• Monitors patient flow from check-in to check-out and addresses delays or issues
• Supports disciplinary actions and staff development reviews; provides performance data
• Assists with incident reports and RL6 files; participates in candidate interviews
• Ensures standard processes and procedures across Clinics; monitors staffing models and overtime
