Connectly Recruiting seeks a Rheumatologist for a full-time, Monday–Friday position in Munster, Indiana. Role offers a flexible, patient-centered environment with a focus on work-life balance and access to a premier, tech-forward facility.

You will manage outpatient clinics, oversee in-office infusion services, perform joint aspirations and ultrasound-guided injections, and educate patients on disease progression and medications.

Qualifications

• Board certification in rheumatology or eligibility with plan to certify.
• Indiana medical license or eligibility with CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialized diagnostic, treatment, and management for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders (RA, lupus, OA, vasculitis).
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic, focusing on chronic disease management and complex autoimmune cases.

Rheumatologist

Job Type : Full-time Monday – Friday, 1:3 call rotation
Location: Munster, IN

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized diagnostic, treatment, and management for a full spectrum of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis.
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic with a focus on chronic disease management and complex multi-system autoimmune cases.
• Oversee and manage in-office infusion services, including the administration and monitoring of biologic therapies.
• Perform clinical procedures such as joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of a comprehensive treatment plan
• Provide patient education regarding long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Rheumatology, or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
