LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Rheumatologist to join our Northwest Indiana practice in Munster. This full-time role involves designing your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment.

You will manage autoimmune and inflammatory diseases in a high-volume outpatient setting, oversee in-office infusions, and perform procedures such as joint aspirations and ultrasound-guided injections. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification in rheumatology is required or board eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration are required or eligible.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic, treatment, and management for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders (RA, lupus, OA, vasculitis).
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic focused on chronic disease management and complex autoimmune cases.
• Oversee in-office infusion services and biologic therapies.
• Perform joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections.
• Educate patients on long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle changes.

Job Type : Full-time Monday – Friday, 1:3 call rotation
Location: Munster, IN

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized diagnostic, treatment, and management for a full spectrum of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis.
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic with a focus on chronic disease management and complex multi-system autoimmune cases.
• Oversee and manage in-office infusion services, including the administration and monitoring of biologic therapies.
• Perform clinical procedures such as joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of a comprehensive treatment plan
• Provide patient education regarding long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Rheumatology, or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
