Rheumatologist

Compensation: $265,000 – $345,000 per year Job Type : Full-time Monday – Friday, 1:3 call rotation Location: Munster, IN

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized diagnostic, treatment, and management for a full spectrum of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis.
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic with a focus on chronic disease management and complex multi‑system autoimmune cases.
• Oversee and manage in‑office infusion services, including the administration and monitoring of biologic therapies.
• Perform clinical procedures such as joint aspirations, ultrasound‑guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
• Provide patient education regarding long‑term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Rheumatology, or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI‑assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.
