Job summary

Locums is seeking a Rheumatologist for outpatient, hospital-employed practice in Munster, IN. The role includes managing adult and geriatric patients with autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, using Epic for documentation, and participating in a 1:3 on-call rotation.

The position requires BC/BE in Rheumatology, Indiana license or eligibility, and active DEA/BLS/ACLS. Competitive compensation and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Rheumatology board certification or eligibility.
• Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Active DEA; BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.
• Provide longitudinal management and follow-up of chronic rheumatologic conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document in Epic.
• Participate in quality improvement and outcomes initiatives.
• Contribute to development of Rheumatology service line within Community Healthcare System.
