Job summary

NP Now, LLC in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a nonprofit healthcare system.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) with a 4.5‑day work week, 36 patient-contact hours, and 4 admin hours weekly, plus call rotation. Strong support from MAs and a robust referral base enhance care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Call rotation with 1:18–20 call per day during rotational holidays
• Dedicated MA support including one MA for prior authorizations
• Opportunity for outreach to Central Indiana locations
• Strong primary care referral base with 150+ new patient referrals monthly
• Collaborate closely with Pulmonology and Nephrology

The group is multispecialty, with primary care (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine) and specialty physician groups including Endocrinology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, OB/GYN, Urgent Care, Infectious Disease, Urology, Palliative Care, Critical Care, and Hospitalists. It has over 1,100 MD/DOs and APPs, 12 hospitals, and 240+ locations, many recognized as Centers of Health Care Excellence.
