Job summary

Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Operations & MSO Compliance Lead to support clinics across Oklahoma, ensuring consistent procedures and a strong patient experience while driving RHC compliance from certification through audits.

The role bridges MSO leadership with field operations, standardizing processes, coaching staff, and coordinating with HR, payroll, billing, and compliance. Extensive travel (50-75%) is required across listed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations or MSO administration, including at least 2 years with Rural Health Clinics, FQHCs, or similar compliance framework.
• Experience managing operations across multiple clinics or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics on a regular rotation to observe front desk workflow, patient flow, and use of Weave and Athena day to day.
• Serve as on-site liaison for clinic managers and MSO staff regarding staffing, equipment, vendors or policy.
• Coach staff in person and drive corrective actions through a standardized site-visit process.
• Lead coordination between clinic teams and centralized MSO functions: HR, payroll, billing, compliance, vendor management.
