Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership/supervisor experience in healthcare operations.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with clinical leadership exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Public speaking skills and ability to present to clinicians and leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct support of regional facilities and travel up to 70%.
• Coordinate clinical-quality initiatives across regions.
• Present clinical data for regional MORs and MAP processes.
• Assist with NHSN/DPH regulatory reporting platforms.
• Educate facility leaders on dashboards and CQI programs.
• Support safety event management and RCA/ACA processes.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive quality engagement.
