Job summary

Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Operations & RHC Compliance Lead to spend substantial time at clinics across Oklahoma. The role bridges MSO leadership with the clinic floor, ensuring consistent procedures and a superior patient experience throughout the network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in healthcare operations or MSO administration, including at least 2 years with Rural Health Clinics, FQHCs, or comparable compliance framework.
Experience in multi-site operations and MSO coordination.

Responsibilities

Visit each clinic on a regular rotation to observe front desk workflow and patient flow.
Act as on-site liaison for clinic managers for MSO questions (staffing, equipment, policy).
Coach staff in person and follow corrective actions through a standardized site-visit process.
Serve as primary liaison between clinic teams and centralized MSO functions (HR, payroll, billing, compliance, vendor management).
Standardize procedures across locations to ensure a consistent patient and staff experience.
Maintain patient experience as a priority, monitor feedback, and translate into location-level fixes.
Lead new RHC certification processes from site assessment to HRSA/CMS submission and licensure.
