Triad Complete Healthcare | Oklahoma Clinic Network is seeking a Clinic Operations & RHC Compliance Lead. The role travels to clinics, bridging MSO leadership with the clinic floor to standardize procedures and champion the patient experience.

The position oversees RHC certification and ongoing compliance, coordinating with HR, payroll, billing, and policy teams, and driving consistent operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations or MSO administration, including at least 2 years with Rural Health Clinics, FQHCs, or a comparable compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Visit every clinic on a regular rotation to observe front desk workflow, patient flow, and how staff use Weave and Athena day to day.
• Serve as the on-site liaison for clinic managers when MSO questions arise—staffing, equipment, vendor, or policy.
• Standardize procedures across all locations to ensure a consistent patient experience at every clinic.
• Lead new RHC certification from site assessment through HRSA/CMS application and state licensure survey.
