Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Data & AI Manager and RGM subject matter expert for our Consumer & Retail practice. You will be the key advisor to client teams across Sales, Marketing and ComEx, shaping Revenue Growth Management strategy and turning insights into actionable plans.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Solution Architects, framing strategy, challenging assumptions, and ensuring data tells the right story.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shaping Revenue Growth Management strategy — pricing, promotion, trade spend or mix
• Proven ability to build credibility and long-term relationships across Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence
• Structured problem‑solving, executive‑level communication, and alignment across stakeholders
• Data and modeling requirements with data scientists and pricing analysts
• End‑to‑end experience from strategy through delivery and adoption
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership mentality

Responsibilities

• Be the client's RGM subject matter expert across Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence
• Shape the strategy by facilitating discovery across functions and translating priorities into a clear RGM plan
• Build the business case: size opportunities, structure investment, secure sign‑off
• Brief builders: define requirements and guardrails for Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Solution Architects
• Own value tracking: ensure adopted ways of working across functions
• Grow the practice: contribute to proposals and EPAM's RGM point of view
