Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Data & AI Consultant to help clients in CPG, retail, restaurants, and travel turn data into business outcomes. You will design data and AI strategies for revenue growth and collaborate with engineers and client teams on end-to-end analytics solutions.

The role requires strong SQL and Python/R skills, knowledge of commercial functions, and experience with syndicated data providers. Remote work in NYC is possible for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data and analytics consulting with ability to design solutions and guide technical teams.
• In-depth understanding of commercial functions (pricing, promotion, merchandising, trade terms) in at least one consumer industry.
• Experience with syndicated data providers (NielsenIQ, Circana, Numerator, dunnhumby, 84.51°, SPINS) and/or RGM or trade promotion platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives and data requirements across pricing, promotion, assortment, and trade spend.
• Define data and AI strategies and roadmaps for revenue growth management and analytics.
• Design analytics solution architectures spanning POS, loyalty, and trade data.
• Define modeling approaches for price elasticity, promotion lift, ROI, demand forecasting, and assortment optimization.
