Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Data & AI Consultant to help clients in CPG, retail, restaurants, travel and hospitality turn data into business outcomes.

You will combine data analytics solution design with pricing, promotion, merchandising, and trade spend expertise to power revenue growth management decisions. You will partner with clients to define data strategies, design architectures, and guide analytics delivery across data sources such as POS, loyalty, and syndicated data providers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data & analytics consulting with design ownership.
• SQL and Python or R experience required.
• Deep understanding of commercial functions (pricing, promotion, merchandising, trade terms).
• Experience with syndicated data providers (NielsenIQ, Circana, Numerator, dunnhumby, 84.51°, SPINS) and RGM/trade platforms.
• Experience applying AI to commercial analytics use cases.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives and data requirements for pricing, promotion, and trade spend.
• Define data and AI strategies and roadmaps for revenue growth analytics.
• Design architectures spanning POS, loyalty, and trade data.
• Define modeling approaches for price elasticity, lift, ROI, forecasting, and assortment.
• Translate analytics findings into clear, actionable insights for client teams.
• Shape analytics designs so pricing and merchandising insights are usable by client teams.
• Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics and AI/ML to accelerate insights.
• Deliver clear technical and business presentations communicating results.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and client teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
