Job summary

Lindt USA seeks an experienced RGM Manager of Customer Planning to lead channel-level RGM initiatives for the National Grocery segment. You will partner with Sales to translate strategy into customer plans, forecasts, and optimized promotions, driving improved revenue and TPM insights.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to mentor a team of RGM Analysts while aligning cross-functionally with Finance and Planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pricing and/or promotion management.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with RGM, Sales and/or Commercial Finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement RGM principles at the channel level and partner with the Sales organization.
• Forecast monthly sales for Lindt’s top National Grocery customers with accuracy.
• Lead promotion optimization and TPM improvements for better revenue management.
• Develop customer reporting dashboards and KPIs for the Food Channel and TPM data accuracy.
