Job summary

Lindt USA seeks a Senior RGM Analyst, Customer Planning, to lead consumption-based planning and promotion optimization for Walmart and Club accounts. This hybrid role in Stratham, NH partners with Sales to forecast volumes, develop customer plans, and enhance promotional effectiveness.

You will build data dashboards, analyze event scenarios, and support TPM for accrual accuracy while improving forecasting precision across key customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the bottom-up, consumption-based customer plan for select customers, including base volume planning and promotion lift.
• Partner with Sales to execute promotional tests and optimize lift, revenue, profit and margin.
• Develop and manage customer dashboards and reports for POS and KPI tracking.
• Forecast monthly sales for Lindt’s largest customers with 18 months rolling horizon and TPM integration.
• Support TPM and analytics initiatives; train RGM analysts and develop data tools.
