Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a skilled RGM Manager of Customer Planning to drive RGM principles at the National Grocery channel, partnering with Sales to translate strategy into customer plans and managing forecasting, promotion planning, and trade spend.

You will lead a team of RGM Analysts, advance TPM systems, and collaborate with Finance, Trade, and Planning to optimize channel investments while ensuring alignment with Lindt's Excellence values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing and/or promotion management in CPG.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen in RGM, Sales or Commercial Finance.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
• Experience in National Grocery channel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement RGM principles at the channel level.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate strategy into customer plans.
• Forecast sales, plan promotions, and analyze customer performance.
• Lead TPM improvements and TPM data accuracy.
• Develop tools for promotional analytics.
• Coach and mentor RGM Analysts.
• Partner with customers to influence strategies.
