Qualifications

• Experience in project-based roles or internships.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
• Curiosity, initiative, ability to manage multiple projects.
• Interest in recruiting, employee development or learning
• Experience with HR, survey, or design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help implement a standardized interview framework and training materials.
• Assist in recruiting and learning experience improvements and communications.
• Contribute to HR priorities based on business needs and intern interests.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
