Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a Clinical Director/BCBA to lead our Macon, Georgia ABA center. The role oversees service delivery and center operations, ensuring high standards of care and client progress.

You will supervise BCBAs, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with families to promote sustained outcomes, while driving a culture of excellence and compassionate leadership.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential is required.
• Minimum of three years of in-center BCBA experience.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills.
• Expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Experience mentoring clinical team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the center, overseeing a BCBA team and collaborating with Operations.
• Supervise BCBA teams to ensure treatment plans align with best practices and meet client needs.
• Conduct tours for prospective client families to showcase care quality.
• Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills for professional growth.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure client progress.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster excellence.
• Implement and oversee ABA methods including RFT under Clinical Excellence guidance.
