The ideal candidate brings BCBA credential and at least three years in-center BCBA experience, with a passion for mentorship, collaboration, and advancing RFT-informed practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required and current board certification.
• At least 3 years of in-center BCBA experience.
• Proven leadership and operations management skills.
• Expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
• Experience mentoring clinical team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead the center and supervise a BCBA team.
• Ensure treatment plans align with best practices and client needs.
• Conduct tours for prospective client families.
• Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills.
• Partner with parents to ensure client progress.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Implement and oversee ABA methods including RFT.
