Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our Macon, Georgia center. You will oversee service delivery and center operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and client outcomes.

You will supervise BCBA teams, coach clinical and leadership skills, and partner with families to sustain progress. This is a growth-oriented, mentorship-rich role in a collaborative ABA environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required.
• Minimum three years in-center BCBA experience.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills.
• Expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the center, overseeing a team of BCBAs and collaborating with the Operations Manager.
• Supervise BCBA teams to ensure treatment plans align with best practices and meet client needs.
• Conduct tours for prospective client families, showcasing our commitment to quality care.
• Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills, fostering professional growth.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client progress.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods, including RFT, with guidance from the Clinical Excellence team.
