Job summary

RFS Scanning is seeking a dedicated RFSScanner / Warehouse Associate (1st Shift) for our client in Westminster, MA. Masis Staffing Solutions is sponsoring this opportunity.

You will reliably use an RF scanner to pick, receive, move, and track inventory throughout the warehouse, with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. The role supports daily production goals and requires the ability to follow scanner-directed instructions. Some training may be provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience operating ride-on electric pallet jacks (4ft or 8ft).
• Experience with RF scanning and inventory movement preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to read and follow written and scanner-directed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF scanner to scan products and warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders following scanner-directed instructions.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations.
• Scan items as they are moved, picked, packed, or staged.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in the warehouse system.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
• Label and stage products for the next step in the process.
• Assist with receiving and put-away as needed.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support daily production goals and complete other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring for an RFSScanner / Warehouse Associate (1st Shift) to support our client in Westminster, MA (01473).

Minimum Qualification (Important)

• At least 6 months of experience operating 4-foot or 8-foot ride-on electric pallet jacks is required. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Equipment that may count toward this requirement includes (not limited to):

• Crown PE 4-Foot Powered End Rider
• Crown PE 8-Foot Powered End Rider
• Crown RC/RM Reach Truck (including rotator attachment)
• Crown SP Stock Picker
• Rider Pallet Jack (or equivalent powered industrial trucks as approved by site operations)
