Join our team as an RF Scanner Pick and Pack Associate where your skills with RF scanning technology will ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As an RF Scanner Pick and Pack Associate, you will be responsible for accurately packing small HVAC parts and service components for customer and dealer orders. Utilizing RF scanners or pick tickets, you will verify part numbers, quantities, and overall order accuracy. Your role is critical in selecting the right cartons, dunnage, and packaging materials to guarantee timely and damage-free shipments.

Job Details

• PAY RATE: 19.00 hour
• LOCATION: Romeoville, IL 60446
• HOURS: 7:00am to 3:30pm M-F
• POSITIONS: 9 Positions Temp to Hire

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF scanners or pick tickets to verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Select appropriate cartons, dunnage, and packaging materials to ensure damage-free shipments.
• Label, seal, and stage packages for outbound shipping.
• Maintain established productivity and quality performance standards.
• Identify and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to leadership.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies, standard operating procedures, and housekeeping guidelines.
• Keep packing stations clean and fully stocked.
• Assist with rework or peak-season volume projects.
• Collaborate with picking, shipping, inventory, and quality teams.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with RF scanners.
• Pass a drug test including THC.
• Steel toe boots or shoes with ASTM f2413-18 rating (proof required) before start date.
• Puncture proof inserts for safety boots before start date.
• Complete a background check.
