JPMorgan Asset Management is seeking an experienced Request for Proposal writer to craft compelling and compliant responses for diverse clients. You will work with SMEs across compliance, risk, legal, and operations to source information and refine content for RFPs and DDQs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, clear communication, and timely delivery, with collaboration across global JPMAM teams to maintain a robust content library and consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with accurate, client-focused content.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to tailor responses to client questions and needs.
• Experience organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking under deadlines.
• Financial markets knowledge and U.S. Equity awareness are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality RFP responses and DDQs for institutional and wholesale clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Investment Specialists, Client Account Management, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Trading.
• Maintain and organize investment language in the Info Request Library (IRL).
• Adhere to review, compliance, and record-keeping procedures.
• Implement demand governance to improve production and success rates of RFPs.
• Demonstrate understanding of clients' needs and sophistication levels for tailored responses.
• Coordinate with JPMAM colleagues globally to ensure a cohesive approach.
