Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RFP writing, client services, or similar role within asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency with AI-powered response management platforms to automate responses and manage content governance.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring every submission reflects the firm’s quality standards and strategic positioning.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining a smooth and efficient process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key global business partners and stakeholders to source and refine content.
• Translate the firm’s investment strategy and value proposition into clear, compelling language for a variety of audiences.
• Maintain and enhance the organization’s content database, ensuring standard language stays current within RFP platforms and databases.
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen content governance practices.
