MOVEON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (Independent contractors and firms)

Project begins: 5/1/2025
Project length: Between 15 to 25 hours a week through 12/31/25. Any hours given in a scope of work are an estimate and MoveOn does not guarantee a specific number of hours to its contractors.
The Direct Mail Contractor will oversee the production of all direct mail materials from ideation to execution, ensuring mailings are on track and aligned with MoveOn’s goals. The contractor will manage a multichannel integrated campaign to incorporate email and SMS components into the mail appeal while coordinating with external consultants to determine target audiences, messaging, and budget goals. They will collaborate closely with internal and external teams, including proofreaders, legal, communications, and direct mail consultants, to ensure that all messaging is compliant, accurate, and aligned with MoveOn’s values.

Works closely with: Director of Donor Retention
The project manager will also work closely with key staff including the Donor Services & Middle Donors Manager, Senior Data Scientist and Mobile Fundraising Director & Product Owner.

The vendor should be prepared to accept this request for proposal for incorporation into a contract resulting from this request for proposal. Contract negotiations may incorporate some or the vendor’s entire proposal. It is understood that the proposal will become a part of the official procurement file on this matter without obligation to MoveOn.
This request for proposal does not obligate MoveOn to contract for services specified herein.
MoveOn reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this request for proposal.
