Raftelis is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to help develop compelling proposals and interview presentations for client wins. You will collaborate with project managers to assemble information, ensure grammar quality, and manage printing and shipping of hard copies.
In a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will craft proposals using Word templates, review materials, and format interview decks with PowerPoint. Strong MS Word/PowerPoint skills and AI tool familiarity are essential.

The Proposal Coordinator will help to develop compelling proposals and interview presentations to win work for the firm. They will collaborate with project managers to compile proposal information while meeting the requirements laid out in the RFP. They will also assist with reviewing proposals for correct grammar, printing and shipping hard copies, and tracking proposals. Work for this position is fast paced and deadline driven, requiring skilled task and time management.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000. Compensation depends on education, experience, and location.
