The role requires identifying RFP opportunities aligned with HSAG's Medicaid, Medicare, and private consulting work, coordinating input from writers and subject matter experts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a repository of materials for compelling responses.

Qualifications

• College degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Three years of direct RFP experience required.
• Experience writing and producing RFP responses in healthcare.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the RFP process to renew contracts and pursue new business aligned with HSAG's strategic initiatives.
• Ensure milestones and timelines are met; ensure responses meet RFP requirements and are read with one voice.
• Analyze RFPs for requirements and develop timelines/templates for proposal responses.
• Coordinate writing, editing, and review with subject matter experts and writers.
• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure responses meet RFP requirements and are submitted on time.
• Prepare reference documents and assemble all proposal materials for submission.
• Represent HSAG professionally in all interactions.
