Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency East Region seeks an RFP Analyst to assist account teams in marketing lines of coverage for consulting clients. The role focuses on data collection, proposal preparation, and negotiation support to improve win ratios.

You will coordinate RFP timelines, validate renewals, and use the technical platform to process submissions, while maintaining quality service and industry awareness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent in risk management/insurance/math.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Benefits Brokerage/Insurance preferred, emphasis on Life & Disability.
• Intermediate MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) required.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting and financial analysis for internal account teams and clients.
• Lead data gathering for RFPs, vendor questions, and proposal preparation.
• Track RFP processes from drafting to final decision confirmations.
