Job summary

Wealthspire Institutional is seeking a versatile RFP Team Analyst to support business development by preparing compelling, accurate responses to RFPs and RFIs. You will work with Plan Advisors, sales teams, and subject matter experts to gather information, analyze pricing, and present findings to clients in committee meetings.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced retirement-industry environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retirement industry or RFP team.
• Familiarity with 401(k) plans and retirement plan services.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and deliver high-quality RFP/RFI benchmarking reports.
• Manage end-to-end RFP process, meet deadlines, ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Plan Advisors, sales teams, and SMEs.
• Review RFPs for clarity, accuracy, and client requirements.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regs.
• Identify opportunities to improve RFP process efficiency.
