Job summary

Wealthspire Institutional seeks a skilled RFP Team Analyst to support business development by crafting compelling, accurate responses to RFPs and RFIs. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with Plan Advisors, sales teams, and subject matter experts, and present reports to committees.

The role requires 2–4 years of retirement industry experience, strong editing and proofreading abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in the retirement industry or related field.
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with RFP software tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and deliver high-quality RFP and RFI benchmarking reports.
• Manage the end-to-end RFP process with deadlines and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Plan Advisors, sales teams, and SMEs to gather information.
• Review and proofread RFPs for clarity, accuracy, and client requirements.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve RFP process efficiency.
