Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a visionary RFML Operations Lead to drive R&D initiatives in RF sensing, 5G, and signal processing. You will lead a team of RFML engineers, building models and deploying solutions that push the boundaries of wireless systems. The role requires a PhD or Master’s in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain an active U.S.

Secret clearance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• PhD or master's in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with RFML, signal processing, or wireless systems focus.
• Minimum of 5+ years in the related field.
• Strong background in wireless communications and digital signal processing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and deliver projects.
• Willingness to travel and ability to obtain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of RFML engineers; develop strategic vision for integrating ML into RF sensing, signal processing, and wireless systems.
• Oversee multiple concurrent RFML projects; ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Develop and implement advanced RFML models for wireless applications such as spectrum sensing, channel estimation, and modeling.
• Mentor team members and stay current with RFML advancements to guide technical direction.
