Job summary

AWT is seeking a Quality Control / Finisher at our Garner, NC location to inspect RFID labels, ensure quality, and prepare products for shipment.

The shift runs Sunday–Monday–Tuesday, 5pm–5am; 36 hours paid as 40; additional days may be required by production.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, attention to detail, ability to read specifications, and strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect RFID labels throughout the production process to verify compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections for print quality, die-cut accuracy, registration, variable data accuracy, and label appearance.
• Verify RFID inlays and encoded data function properly using testing equipment and software.
• Review production paperwork, work orders, and customer specifications to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production personnel.
