AWT is seeking staff for the Garner, NC location to operate RFID converting equipment on a Wednesday-Thursday-Friday shift from 5 pm to 5 am. You will process jobs, verify rolls, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a RFID Converting machine.
• Fill out Production Traveler.
• Must keep equipment and work area clean to avoid potential hazardous conditions.
• Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Visually check each roll for correctness and free of defects.
• Work with other press operators and/or management, when necessary, to achieve desired results.
