Job summary

LeoForce in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead all aspects of inventory operations. You will oversee processes, implement RFID tracking, and coordinate with warehouse and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in inventory management, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. CPIM/CSCP optional but welcome.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire inventory process for accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement RFID manufacturing processes to track inventory.

• Prepare monthly inventory reports and analyze trends.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with systems.
• Coordinate with finance for accurate reporting and decisions.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and improve performance.
• Forecast future needs and make purchasing recommendations.
