Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the entire inventory process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Implement and manage RFID Manufacturing processes to track and monitor inventory.
  3. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the smooth flow of inventory.
  4. Handle manufacturing accounting, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  5. Prepare monthly inventory reports and financial statements, analyzing trends and providing recommendations based on findings.
  6. Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
  8. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making support.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies and propose solutions to improve performance.
  10. Forecast future inventory needs and make purchasing recommendations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related role.
  3. Proven experience in RFID Manufacturing, manufacturing accounting, and financial reporting.
  4. Exceptional knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
  5. Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  7. High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel, and experience with accounting software.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently, manage large amounts of data, and meet deadlines.
  10. Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) will be considered a plus.
